This agreement is to be executed
between a Commercial Booth Exhibitor and the National Cage Bird Show, Inc.
Booth vendors are to provide information, products or services to our avian
friends, supporters and general public. The National Cage Bird Show, Inc.
reserves the right to accept or reject any exhibit. Rejection will be
decided on the basis of suitability for the National Show. Exhibits with
unfit, diseased or improperly maintained livestock will be rejected.
Commercial vendors will be entitled
to having their company name listed in the 2011 Show Catalog (if purchased
before August 30, 2011) and on the National web page "Links of
Interest". In addition vendors receive one free 1/4 page ad in a single
issue of the National Cage Bird Show newsletter. Vendors also receive an
invitation to the Friday night hospitality reception and banquet. Other
requirements such as additional graphic or tables may require additional
fees.
