Thursday: Bird Tags/Registration Sheet 
                will start to be given out at 10:00 am
                Bird Sale Room open 2pm to 8pm (For set up only)
Friday:     Judging 8am
                Show Hall open to public 10am to 6pm
                Bird Sale Room open to public 10am to 6pm
                Hospitality ~ 7:30pm 
Saturday: Club meetings all day
                Show Hall open to public 10am to 5pm
                 Bird Sale Room open to public 10am to 4pm
                Awards Banquet ~ 6-7pm cocktails
                and 7:30pm Dinner
                Bird Check Out ~ following banquet

 

FOR OUR CANADIAN FRIENDS GUIDELINES FOR BRINGING BIRDS ACROSS THE BORDERS 

You must contact the port 3-5 days prior to entry in order to insure the availability of a Port veterinarian.  A user fee based on an hourly rate will be collected at this time. A Release document will be issued to you.  USDA APHIS VS Port Veterinarian’s office Hours are 8am to 4:30pm.  Please come prepared.  No cash will be accepted, personal Checks, debit cards, credit cards, money orders will. If you plan to come on a week end.
After hours or on a Holiday, there will be an overtime charge.  Please do not wait until the last minute to cross.   In Detroit, the number to call is (313) 226-4428.

PLEASE CHECK WHEN YOU CALL THAT THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS. 

When returning, you again must make an appointment with the Canadian veterinarian.
You must use the same certificate that you used to get into the U.S.  Please call ahead
Canadian port hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.  Just like the US, Saturday,
Sunday and Holidays will incur an overtime charge.
